Shipping + Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

 

All products in stock will be processed and dispatched to you within 1-2 working days of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged Monday to Friday. If you have placed your order on a weekend, we will action this as soon as possible on Monday.

For those items which are made-to-order, or available pre-order only, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will be sent an email confirmation detailing the approximate delivery date of your items. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

PICK UP 

Pick up is available and can be selected at checkout.  We are located in Auckland, New Zealand.  Please contact us once you have made your purchase to arrange collection - hello@thecanecollective.co

If you have chosen pick up as the shipping option,  your goods must be collected within five working days of purchase. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Our standard delivery times are 1-3 working days.  Once your item has been packaged and collected by the courier, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Packages cannot be sent to a PO BOX address.  Please use a physical address at checkout. 

As we are a new business, we do not deliver outside of New Zealand at this stage.

PRE-ORDERS 

Pre-orders will be available 1 month prior to the stock arrival in New Zealand.  The ETA will be stated in the specific product information.

 

RETURNS 

At TCC we want to ensure that you love your purchase and are happy with the quality and fit. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us - hello@thecanecollective.co within 14 days of receipt of the product/s. For full price items, we will either exchange or arrange a store credit.  The product/s must be in original condition, unused and are accompanied with the original packaging and receipt. For final sale items we cannot offer an exchange or refund, unless the product is faulty.

 

FAULTY ITEMS 

If you consider the item you have received may be faulty, we would be happy to assess the item and provide a solution in the form of a repair, replacement, store credit or refund. Please email - hello@thecanecollective.co for instructions.
